We are seeking a Scientific Program Analyst to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, MD. This position will support a hybrid schedule, that will require weekly on-site work in Bethesda, MD.

OVERVIEW:
The contractor will independently provide scientific concept development, data quality planning and analysis, presentation and speech writing, communications, and support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives aimed at a program advancing health equity.
TASKS/SERVICES:
- Provide services and deliverables through performance of research and program analysis, data quality analysis, speech writing, communications and support services.
- Provide administrative support, including preparation of materials and rooms for meetings, events, conferences, and travel
- Work in a cloud based platform to interact with program data, perform and replicate analyses, and generate conclusions to support scientific concept and strategy development
- Manage, monitor, and track electronic correspondence directed to principal; prepare draft replies to regular and electronic correspondence
- Identify and develop scientific concepts to support the mission of the division
- Monitor trends and research by management associations and academic institutions and develop job aids, instruction and other materials to support management analysts
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s Degree in Community and Public Health or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience with program analysis and data quality analysis
